Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I’m Jacy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist (PMH-C). With over 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and mothers through both everyday challenges and life’s more difficult moments.

As a mother of two, and through my personal experiences with IVF and NICU care, I understand firsthand the joys, worries, and complexities of parenthood. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be seen, heard, and understood.

My expertise is working with children ages 3 and up and providing parenting training and support. I support children with an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and chronic/terminal illness, as well as highly sensitive children. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to express themselves and work through their emotions by using play therapy and other modalities.

In addition to my work with children, I support those dreaming of motherhood, new mothers navigating the early stages of parenting, and those facing the emotional challenges of infertility, loss, and NICU experiences. I bring a unique perspective to my practice, having personally navigated the journey of motherhood through IVF, allowing me to deeply empathize with both new mothers and those dealing with infertility challenges. I offer a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your emotions, find healing, and build resilience during these significant life transitions

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with my husband and two daughters.

“You don’t have to walk this journey alone. I are here to support you and your child with tools to cope with life’s stressors. We strive to empower parents and children alike.”
